Ok it looks like is not an ENB problem. Still having the same problem with enb off. So should I post my problem in another topic ?

did you read the directions carefully read the instructions for the enb? did it say what version of enbseries u need cause that important.

Hey there guys, so Ive been at this for weeks researching the problem and possible fixes and have come up with nothing :/ so my problem is fallout 3 enbs, when I add the d3d9.ll file to my directory the game will load with a black screen and the title screen music will play, I try the injector version and ill launch the injector load up the game and... nothing, no notification in the corner of the enb being active and no graphical changes. I have no problems with New Vegas or skyrim but fallout 3, no luck :[ Any help is appreciated brothers(also Im really sorry if im in the wrong place to post this)

Uninstall ENB completely, then reinstall the wrapper version, but also make an 'exes' folder (without apostrophes) in your Fallout 3 main folder. Add to the exes folder the d3d9.dll and a 32bit enabled version of the FO3 exe in here. This should be in addition to the ones you have in the main directory.
Also, what mod organiser are you using? FOMM, NMM, MO, nothing?

Provide a print screen of your data folder too.

Alright, so Ive reinstalled the enb presets fresh from the after removing all enb files. I then placed the into the new 'exes' folder. However, im not sure how to enable a FO3 exe, ive copied the original and placed it into the exes folder just dont know how to enable. And, I predominantly use nexus however needed FOMM to extract a file from NV

Sorry, my bad, I need a screenshot of your main Fallout 3 folder, not your Data folder - momentary lapse of concentration.

It's one of those days - I meant the exes folder without apostrophies :\ Sorry again for that...

Anyway, I did ask you to install the ENB again (wrapper version) and I'm going to assume you've not done that because there are no ENB files in the folder, although there are remnants of an old ENB config (the SMAA fx files).

Can you run New Vegas in its current state without ENB?

OK so I renamed the exe folder, and what all files do I install from the wrapper version, I just took the d3d9.ll and placed it into the exe folder. And yeah i can run new vegas without enb?

I'm using NuClear ENB on Fallout 3, and for some reason the AO and Detailed Shadow are making the grass and first person model look ugly.

As I said, you need two d3d9.dlls for what I'm suggesting - one in the main game folder and one in the exe folder.
The other directions for installing ENB are on the first page of these thread, so please read fully!

• You’re going to need the latest ENBSeries v0.267 for Fallout 3 / New Vegas binaries.
  Only the d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe from the 'WrapperVersion' folder is required.
  Drop the d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe into the main Fallout New Vegas folder (not the DATA folder).

After that, choose your ENB preset from sites like Gunetwork or Nexus, et cetera and follow the instructions there.
Midhrastic ENB is a good one to test for Fallout 3.

What's going on?

That's simply how the game looks in Fallout with ENB added AO and Detailed Shadows.
ENB isn't perfect - there are known bugs with the Detailed Shadows for example.
You have to live with it or disable it to suit your liking.

oh ok right on right on, real quick tho, how do I enable the FO3 exe in the exe folder as 32 bit. Is there something special I need to do or s copying the original enough? thanks man.

You need the Large Address Aware Enabler, which you can find on the Nexus:

The reason I promote these guides (and I do so very often) is because they are easy to follow and, so long as you read and follow everything to the letter, Fallout 3/NV will work as it should with mods and ENBs installed. All of the problems I had with Fallout that were the same or very similar to experiences mentioned here were usually down to me not following the instructions properly.

I have this probelms sometimes , i fixed it with using the enb local from enbboost http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/51670/?

I know it sounds weird but it worked for me , also if it says fallout isn't reacting , look which file is the problem and remove it.

Keeping the ENB installed as it is, try deleting the both your Fallout3 inis in the C:\Users\[User name]\Documents\My Games\Fallout3 folder and the renderinfo.txt.

Run the Fallout 3 launcher again to create a new ini and then try and load the game again.
