I really hate Cazadores,I watched also some videos about the Hawk wasp and some time ago I even had nightmares about them raiding the World .

The legion assassins because they always tend to show up at the worst of times like when your in the middle of a quest or when ur health bar is half drained

NCR ranger hit squads! Sometimes they're outfitted with some good stuff on them so they're kinda hard to beat.

I was going to go with the obvious cazadors, but really the Legion hit squads are the worst. In vanilla, they are just annoying but with mods installed it can get really over the top. The worst is right after you try healing at low HP then wake up to find yourself getting spammed with guys with marksman rifles or some crazy modded ARs.

On the flip side, the times I see them on radar and can ambush them first are great.

Oh man its the enclave from fallout 3 they just land in their chopper at the worst time and just destroy u where your standing

I would say Super Mutant Overlords on account of their massive damage, but the shielded Aliens from Mothership Zeta definitely take the cake. They may not do as much damage as Overlords, but their small frame and shield make killing them a chore. Feels as if I need to empty a whole minigun clip just to kill one - especially on very hard difficulty!

I forgot about those aliens... yeah, they were intensely annoying as well.

I would say its between Supermutant Overlords or Nightstalkers, but i think im gonna go with Nightsalkersbecause they always seem to hit you hard in packs, then run away, then attack you in packs again, and they do someheavy damage and on the harder difficulties......... oh man i've raged so many times cuz of them

Human- Legionary Assassins, they only come up after i just fought off an army of raiders or deathclaws so I am injuried and then poof there they are ready to screw up my day some more.

Creatures- Cazadors I hate how they move, I hate how they swarm you, I hate the sound of the poison on you, I always carry around Snakebite tourniquets just because of them.

As far as creatures go, it's Feral Ghouls. Those things are creepy as heck and always scare the soul outta me when I turn corners. Non-creatures would be Legionary Assassins. These guys always pop up in the most inconvenient of times-- worst of all in Hardcore where they pick off my companions.

Yeah I remember the first time Zeep that I went into a metro and I nearly crapped myself when I heard them growl they are scary

I just flat out don't go near them. A have a mod that makes them shamble like zombies for when I absolutely have to fight them.

Hey guys My most hated enemy in fallout is the aliens from the 2nd game they are sooo op for me when I played it but yeah I really hated them because I would die like as soon as I seen them or I would try run off and die but yeah anyways thats my most hated enemy in fallout thanks for reading PEACE!

For a specific, named enemy, it's gotta be the Lurker Queen.

For generic enemies, Deathclaws. So much of a pain to fight in FO3 and always in packs in New Vegas.
