| Well, I'd imagine he'd take some photographs of mutants, some battles and then kick some bottom in the process.

| I'd imagine Frank West would be a war time reporter for the NCR covering the war with Legion. He would also probably be in charge of NCR propaganda and boosting moral of the troops in his editorials.
