| From the Bethesda Twitter: PS4 Update: Mods/4K support are coming for Skyrim Special Edition & Fallout 4 And the Bethsoft site post. But here's the kicker: - Bethesda wrote:
- You will not be able to upload external assets with your PlayStation 4 mods, but you will be able to use any assets that come with the game, as most mods do.
I guess limited mods is better than no mods? _________________  |

| No extra assets means no extra scripts either, they are going to have a really gimped modding experiance. |

| Yeah that's cool I guess,but like it's been mention no external assets?So like 90 percent of the really cool and interesting mods won't be on ps4.Kinda what's the point then?
Guess they'll get stuff like cheat menus etc.....oh well better than nothing. |

| It's not true modding, using current assets cant get you that far if you planing on playing the game for more than 2 years, sadly Sony doesn't get the modding community, I'm glad that I game on PC and give it a go for Xbone which is not too bad, made right choice going with team Microsoft. I like the way they gone with xbox games on PC and you can buy e.g. Gears of War 4 on PC and Xbox One for £40-£50 and get it on both platforms, too bad its only Win10 thing still rolling with ancient Win7  love it tho dont really want to upgrade have to wait and finish my wall mounted PC project I will install Win10 there (scared of reinstalling hundreds of games and software's, pain in the arse) |

Even if you only use vanilla models and textures, I'm pretty sure even Nifskope mashups need separate models, so even those might be ruled out. _________________ |
