| Hello everyone, as there isn't a thread about it yet, I thought I'd start one.
So as the title goes, "Your Fallout 4 Graphic Settings"
This is I hope to be a informational thread in tweaking your graphics settings to get the best look via the ini files or what not. So I currently have everything in Ultra, that's what the game set it at, but it still seems to be lacking. I was wondering if if Depth of Field takes away any of the look of textures of chracters or scenery. I've disabled Motion blur as well.
Do you guys know ways of making the graphics pop more? Share below and lets all make our games look grand! |

| I don't even have Fallout 4 myself yet, but I know modders have already done some sweet stuff. Like this one and this one. _________________ |

| I think the game looks good, occasionally great. There's some serious terrain/object pop-in, even on Ultra settings - I guess that was unavoidable, since they had to work within the limitations of the consoles as well. Hopefully ugrids tweaks will improve this.
Though I will say... I love the default color tones, I'm so thankful they didn't go with the godawful green/brown of the previous 2 games.

| Hey so I got Fallout 4 of course but currently can't play it. I have a Nvidia Geforce GT 610 and that doesn't run anything well. How ever I have a friend who is sending me a GTX 260. My question is will that graphics card be able to run FO4 like on low settings at least for 30fps? It would only be temporary til I save up enough to buy a 970. _________________ Check out my youtube channel and support me with a sub ----> https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMgUwyvq7nUEL1Bu7oMwItQ - My Achievements:

| @SwedishMudkip Wow thank you for sharing those! They look great! Will have to try them out. @Tesvixen I agree it's really growing on me. The only thing really that bothers me the most is the characters themselves and maybe armor textures. The blue skies really makes the game pop. @liljonesy04 I'm not expert on hardware but I don't think it's likely. The minimum in the Nvidia is a 550ti. Christmas is not too far off though and Cyber Monday in a few weeks, might be able to snag a deal on a 970. I have a 970 myself which I got myself last Christmas. Worth for it for 3.5g of vram |
