It might be useful for you guys, so I'll post here my solution. Well, I just renamed "dxgi.dll" into "dxgi.dll.bak". And it works now. Ehhmm, don't ask.

Seems like W10 doesn't like SMAA or overlays, what a bizarre way to fix a problem. lmfao

Well i've hit some sort of problem...again. When i try to access the enb's gui it doesn't appear and the cursor only appears, albeit half of the cursor. When i go in game the enb isn't turned on and lags horribly. I have no idea what happened and didn't ticker with any enb files and only installed a armor mod in that time. I turned off the enb's effect in the enblocal.ini and then the cursor appears fully but the gui still doesn't appear. Any idea's?

try to double click the d3d9.dll and set to run anyway double click in ur main directory or in your exes folder if you have fnv4gb and click more info then hit run anyway.

Didn't work, my enb was working perfectly this morning then BAM it stops, W10 has been nothing more than a headache more than a blessing to be honest. lol
