Very enjoyable at first, I used with some other fun mods that weren't really meant for DUST just to suit my tastes, like Portable Tent and Drivable Motorcycle. The content added is great, really fun mod

Def would reccommend DUST. But stay out of Zion. Went there, shat pants, left.

I just find it unfortunate that it scraps the games original story, I think something like fallout 3's story could really suit dust, going out of your safe vault with little to no fighting expirience and instantly being at the bottom of the foodchain, you have fantasies of finding your father (or whoever it may be) and bringing them home only to have those dreams trampled almost instantly as you discover what the wasteland is truley like. That kind of story driven survival expirience is what I expect from fallout.

I like DUST but I think it gets boring after hours of doing the same thing all the time. I know it appeals to a hardcore roleplayer survivalist, but to me, I don't play it for the same reason I won't play alt start mods, because I want to do quest, learn more about the story, and have plenty to do.

Definitely play this on your alt save, it's a great mod and I'm a total tool for giving it such bad criticism, because it's a great mod. Lots of time, effort,blood sweat and tears went into it and I'd feel bad if I didn't be fair with it. It's fun and can occupy you for however long you take to complete it.

I really enjoyed Dust, it gave a refreshing spin and a good challenge on a game i've beaten multiple times.

There's no voice acting, but you can find plenty of lore to enrich the world from notes that you find from corpses and it's a very role player friendly mod.

The sanity system was.... interesting; it was annoying how everything i looted made me more closer to being insane, even though i needed it to survive the night. I adore the... events... that happen when you're insane though.

I've personally manage to beat two endings, but apparently there's like 3 or 4 ways to beat it.

Dust for me. A excellent way to exploit the horry feeling of the sierra madre into the whole wasteland. it really shows the horror side of the fallout world and makes the so called paradise wasteland mojave. a  hell on earth for any poor souls trapped in the mojave. it also adds   a survival part that you're not the main character anymore. just another person trying to escape

I love Dust. It was a mod that I was greatly in need of after beating the main game a few times as it gave me a completely new and challenging experience. Sometimes it was pretty frustrating but that only added to the fun and made me feel all the more better when I finally succeeded. This mod definitely doesn't hold your hand in any way.

One of the best things I love about Dust is it's amazing atmosphere. The Wasteland is transformed into an incredibly dark and bleak place that makes the original Mojave Wasteland not look too bad of a place to stay. I was given a real dose of hopelessness that I never felt while playing the original game.

Overall, this is a must-try for any fan of Hardcore mode or just anybody who wants to have realistic, immersive, and unforgiving experience.

Dust is pretty fun, actually. It's one of those things I install when I want to mess around in New Vegas without the story. In my opinion it's far better than Frost, but yeah it's a pretty fun mod all around.

I've yet to actually fully play through DUST, though from what I have played of it I think it may be a bit extreme for my liking. Don't get me wrong, I love the atmosphere and the world that naugrim created with DUST; it's certainly a refreshing take on New Vegas if you've played through it many times. The survival elements are just too much for me to properly enjoy it. I feel like I'd just get mad and alt+f4 at the first death

i think as hard as DUST is , its rather enjoyable , ive never gotten out of the mojave but ive explored a great bit of dust might actually play it again once i get through my ttw run

Dust is basically fallout's dark souls.

I've just started a play through of it recently and it's pretty good so far, the atmosphere is great and I like how challenging it can be. I definitely recommend it if you want more New Vegas or you're waiting for The Frontier like me.

Dust is a brilliant Survival game yes, however if you're looking for a fun overhaul quest mod, not gonna find it, Dust is purely about escaping the mojave and killing everyone else and taking their sweet sweet Irradiated water... but yeah go for it's plenty of fun, beware though might only take a headshot to kill enemies but the same applies to you, you will die a few times it will be stressful, but it'll all pay of when you go to lake mead and... holy shit you get to kill the courier!
