I just had to do a fresh install because of crashes, and so I forgot the recommended changes to the NVSR ini file. Any good ones not mentioned on the Nexus page?

Edit: Also, if anyone knows how to fix the low cpu utilization issue, that would also be much appreciated, 30% usage on an i5 is quite silly.

Hm, well, i remember bHookLightCriticalSections causing some strange stutters at certain areas. I'm not too sure about anything else though.
