| After some research, I have to say I retract.
Graham was ruthless but knew little about tactics, on the other hand Lanius is ruthless and is a capable commander (he conquered 19 tribes after all), the Legion would be weaker with Graham in command. However I also think allowing Graham to go unpunished would've weakened the Legion and in-house conflicts would have started to appear. _________________ A man can only be beaten in two ways: if he quits, or if he dies. Just means even more would've questioned his will, and someone would eventually try to start a rebellion. Rome had numerous attempted rebellions, after all, so who's to say history can't repeat itself?
