| Title says it all. My game crashes/freezes at Primm, and Sometimes it crashes when walking past it. Last time it crashed right as a "poison removed" notification pop'd up. Yes, I have NVAC installed. I searched online but obviously didn't find anything useful. Here's my load order, thanks for reading. - Spoiler:

| It looks like you have a couple of mods that change Primm a little, "More People in Primm", "Viki and Vance Better Lighting" and "Powder Gangers Redone" are examples.
Turn these mods off, and any others you know effect Primm's location, and start a new game. Make your way to Primm and see if it crashes. _________________ |

| Thanks for the response. I started a new game after I uninstalled mods affecting Primm, still crashed. |

| Does this still occur with a vanilla plugin loadout? You can do this by saving in a new slot, deactivating all mods, and heading to Primm.
- If it doesn't crash, activate a couple and try again. When it does crash, it will be easy to determine the culprit. |

| Yeah, do as Rofl mentioned. You don't have that many mods, so a rudimentary sweep won't hurt at all. Start with nothing, then turn on 3 to 5 mods each load until it crashes again. Eventually you'll narrow it down to find the culprit mod.
I was hoping to avoid it by targeting potential culprits but since that hasn't worked, it's simply easier to to brute force it. _________________ |

| Something that may work depending on how savvy you are. Open all of your mods with FNVEdit and see which ones are making edits to Primm's cell. Once you narrow down the ones that edit primm, turn them off and turn them back on one by one to see what's causing the crash. |

| I don't think you need a mod for archive invalidation, at least not with mod organizer 2. That's probably a very old mod. Did you use the 4gb memory patch? |

| SOLVED. It stopped crashing at Primm when I uninstalled mods altering it. But, it was still crashing when I walked passed Primm. That area is has a bunch of vipers/jackals spawning from the jackal/viper resurgence mods I had installed. This sucks because I prefer them to actually be challenging, but luckily I dont have to go through the tedious process of checking every mod. Thanks for the assistance.
PS: Does anyone know of any mods that make jackals/viper and raiders overall more worthy opponents? |

| I think they're supposed to be the bottom rung easy opponents. The jackals and vipers are basically dead factions, stragglers left over from past "glory." But maybe Factions reloaded: raiders, or "mojave raiders." But they might be more processor heavy than those primm mods. |

| From my experience lighting mods can cause a lot of engine instability. If you use FNVEdit, you may be able to see if your lighting mod is cause. _________________ swiggitty swooty I'm coming for that booty -George Washington |
