Had to restart my laptop after a crashed game of FoNV
And now im getting the Application Load error P:00000065432

This happened once before but I forgot the fix :/
You are suppose to delete a file and let steam auto repair it...

Delete or move to desktop or make a copy of ClientRegistry.blob

Computer/local(C)/ program files x86/steam

then start steam up

What folder is this file in?

In the Steam file

I get this error allot aswell only it tells me the network is down so I have to do that everytime!

Actually really easy fix for that.

1.open steam and go to your fallout NV in library
2.right click it and go to properties
3.When the menu pops up go to Local Files Tab and find the "Verify Game Cache" (click it)
4. Let it do its thing and when its done restart computer.

This works for me everytime. the load error is from missing files that were deleted or misplaced and doing this will return them. It is actually recommended to do this every now and then but who does.
