Let's not assign stupid ass acronyms (like POC (person of color) ) to entire demographics of people comprising more than half of the planet.
Let's not single out people because of their ethnic background.
Let's talk about the variety of characters in the series instead, based on more than the color of their skin.

| What do you mean "character of color"? Really if you mean who is your favourite character, for my opinion is Benny - he kind a mastermind for taking New Vegas and he gets his hands dirty for independence. _________________ - My Achievments:

| If by person of color, I assume you mean an individual of ethnic minority aka non-white. And in that case, Ulysses from New Vegas. Great guy, neat backstory and plus his voice is nice. _________________  |

| Why must "favorite" have a sub-category in order to answer the question? Favorite character? No not overall...that question has been asked a thousand times...Now we need to know your favorite character of a particular category...because defining the "first place semi-finalist" is a burning need.
Who's your favorite green character? the glowing radscorpion...because with a mod...it freakin glows!
Who's your favorite red character? the nuka world mascot...because I envision it as having been a walking vending machine with unique flavors
Who's your favorite purple character? Mama murphy...because that's what color she is after I beat the living shit out of her
Who's your favorite gold character? the nuka world bots...blinged out and ready to destroy.
Who's your favorite blue character? There's a mod that makes the mirelurks different colors...and there's a blue one...so that one I think his name is Terrance
Who's your favorite pink character? Ada...because I paint her as soon as I get the chance.
