Sorry for almost spam posting but I just love this website and wanted some insight from everyone who sees this What is a good character overhaul other than FCO? What are some good weapons and armor mods? Thank you-you can post any type of mods here from gunetwork or elsewhere

FCO is the best you'll get in terms of character overhauls. As for weapon mods, I've got two huge one's and one smaller one for you. Big weapon mods-Millenia's weapon mods and Mojave Terror by Aarius (use FOMM for these) Smaller mod-Gunniversary Weapon Pack by Aarius (again, use FOMM)
