So i am having a issue with NMC and it is that it stays vanilla no textures added in game even though i re-installed it and also turned archive invalidation off and on any idea how to fix this it would be much obliged I am trying to use big words

Have you tried using the 'ArchiveInvalidation File Generator' tool? It's separate from NMM archive invalidation, and works when NMM's fails to work correctly (assuming you're using NMM). Here's the link...give it a shot, it might work for you.

If that doesn't work check the file paths on the texture pack. It could be putting the files in the wrong folder, or creating another 'Data' folder within your actual Data folder.

Another thing just occurred to me, hopefully this will help...

Recently I made some adjustments to my graphics options in the vanilla launcher. It set my .config for FNV to 'Read Only' for some reason after making the changes. Check and make sure that your .config is not set to 'Read Only', then toggle the AI on/off through NMM.

Worst case, manually editing the .config...I know you are already aware of how to do this, but it might be helpful to others who experience a similar issue and come across this thread.

Under the [Archive] header in the config, make sure that it's set up like this::
