Did have an idea to make Clhutlhu a thing in fallout once , thing is game aint really too keen on the paranormal , joke mods yeah but you wont find many that take it seriously

Yeah that's kinda true fallout looks more like a funny game like say seeing a death claw with a mini gun and thanks for the link to the mod Hercules.

@Heracles wait does that actually add the pint sized slasher with like a custom mask and stuff or do you need fallout 3 for it to work?

it adds a serial killer which follows you and you have to kill it before it kills you , for a actual armor set I suggest using this mod :

@"Onceknown" sorry for late response but it doesn't have any requirements except for this pretty disturbing mod Killable Children http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/52162/? , the mod includes the clown mask and all that for the slasher.
