There are a couple of ideas and WIP's floating around on LL but as of yet no releases. I not really great at making custom races (tried in Skyrim). I'm wondering what the hurdles are for it in Fallout 4.

After seeing the Bethesda gamejam, I'm sure its quite possible, albeit somewhat difficult.


The Creation Kit for Fallout 4 is still in its early stages and we have yet to see how far it can truly go.

I'm not exactly a CK genius but it seems like it wouldn't be all that easy, if at all possible, reason being that you have two genders at the start and that's it. It's not like NV where you select a preset and you're done, you just have size and facial features.

The most difficult part will be the meshes. otherwise it's simply copying an existing race entry and editing accordingly / appending the appropriate data for extra parts on the head, face, eyes, etc.

it is possible as mpaz96 shows, but the animation part would be a problem i think when it comes to the eyes and the mouth. but FO4`s systems makes it possible to create just about any character with enough skill
