Hey guys I'v been facing this problem for like 1 day at first I didnt had this problem.I dont know what happened but now whenever I open VATS or whenever I try to build something or editing power armor i face a texture/screen bug like this

Spoiler:

Maybe it happens because of the glow lines in the body. Color changes when i change HUD color from menu.Did anyone face problem like that in Fallout 3 or maybe NV ? Well its not unplayable but i hate it because i cant see anything when i try to build something.

Wow haven't seen that. What are your graphic settings? Also you could try and do verify integrity on steam, maybe it missed a file.
