1 A body replacer 2 a nice weapon set 3 a self made .esp that I made to add outfits from different users into 1 .esp.

For Fallout 3 it would be FWE, Mothership zeta crew and  i am not entirely sure

I saw lots of weapons of the New Millenia picks.

Same here. There is an alternative start mod actually for both Fallout New Vegas and Skyrim. I love both games, but playing those same openings over and over and over again really get's on my nerves. That's why I love the alternate start!

2. Vault 101 Revisited (because its my favorite 'made by someone else' mod of all time)

That sounds like a fantastic list there. If I may ask you what exactly does the Vault 101 Revisited mod entail?

@wullim - in short, its about helping V101 one last time, you're to escort a doctor and his colleague there but it ends up turning into a much bigger questline. It opens the vault back up to you, doing away with that 'you must leave forever' nonsense, but in a way that is pretty lore friendly.

The mod's only weak point is that it uses synthetic voices for some NPCs because KineticKat (the author) didn't have many options for voice actors. But that notwithstanding, I love it. One of the first things I did whenever I have to reinstall FO3 for whatever reason, is reinstall that mod.
