| I loved The Pitt DLC for FO3, but FoNV DLC, all of them, won hands down for me, i mega enjoyed playing the DLC for NV over and over, the DLC in FO3 to me, was a tad repetitive, The Pitt was great, point lookout was mega entertaining, but to me FONV wins by 4/4 good DLCS out of 2/4 DLCs i found enjoyable for FO3, just my opinion 0.0 |

| I liked Point Lookout in fallout 3 but I loved how all the DLCs in New Vegas tied into the fallout lore _________________ |

| I agree with Lucian, it actually felt like a story was being told between the dlc's and with fallout 3 it felt like non of them impacted or reflected the story. _________________ |

| They are both different and great in their own ways. In fallout new vegas, we had DLCs that did tie into the main story. But we also had a subplot, Ulysses being where ever the courier went, and finding out who this mysterious other courier was. But in Fallout 3, sure most of the DLCs didn't tie in but they provided themselves with their own story, providing your own mini adventure. One might say. But both kinds of DLCs are great in their own way. _________________ |

| See NV had DLC that was interesting and different, but Fallout 3 added a dlc that left us stranded in the wasteland. Broken Steel gave us a look at what happened now that you completed your fathers work, but then left us with no real reason to continue helping the brotherhood. I mean the only reason we helped them in the first place, or at least i did, was for revenge for Dad. Once I got that, there was no point in continueing working for them. But Nv DLC didnt change the in game story, in fact it wasnt connected to the story at all. It was your own personal mission to find the man named Ulysses. A man that for whatever reason has been conspiring against you since day one. Thats something I liked about the NV DLC, a common link was this courier that is responsible for your misfortune. That being said, I love the DLC of F03. Such Dynamic and different worlds and interesting decisions. There is no link connecting them, and thats fine. |

| I liked Fallout 3's DLC more than New Vegas's, New Vegas still had some good DLC though.
The Pitt has to be one of my all time favorites though. I just loved the atmosphere of the Pitt, it seemed really post apocalyptic to the max. I also liked the hard decision making it gave, even though I decided to go with my own ending and not side with anyone. Point Lookout was good as well, really liked the creepy setting. Broken Steel was good because it continued the story which I felt was definitely needed. Anchorage was fun, you get some really good loot at the end of it as well. Mothership Zeta was alright I guess, I kind of felt like I was doing the same thing over and over with that one though. The story was really that good either. I'm glad it was released though because it meant one of my favourite mods of all time could be made, Mothership Zeta Crew.
For New Vegas I think my favorite DLC was probably Honest Hearts, mainly because I found Dead Money to be quite annoying at first, I don't remember much of Old World Blues and I haven't finished Lonesome Road. I did like the setting for Honest Hearts and the story was decent enough. Dead Money was good, just a little annoying. It had decent story though. I don't remember much of Old World Blues apart from the funny characters, apart from that I don't remember it. Lonesome Road seemed like it would be good but I started a new character about a quarter of the way through the Lonesome Road. Can't remember why, I think it had something to do with my mods messing up so I had to start again.
I'd definitely recommend to anyone who is a fan of Fallout to get all of them. Especially since they're so cheap on Steam during the sales. |

| For myself I felt that New Vegas had my favorite DLC which was Old World Blues. But I felt the rest of the DLC was forgettable and mediocre. While Fallout 3 had much more good/decent DLC with the amazing Point Lookout. Though I know that people hate Operation I still enjoyed it/. |

| In New Vegas the only DLC I really enjoyed was Lonesome Road, but Honest Hearts was cool, too because of the epic "Burned Man" character design. Old World Blues had nice references and i liked Lobotomites and stuff. But after the main story of it, you can't do anything except collect the home stuff. GRA had nice lategame content weapons. In Fallout 3 i loooved Operation Anchorage. The sneaky playstyle was so much fun and I love the loot you get, especially the T51b. Mothership Zeta was pretty boring, especially the Endfight. They could have done much more with the Alien-Theme. BrokenSteel is a nice addition to the game, too (new mobs etc.). Point Lookout was epic, too. The whole setting and the entertaining story was perfect. Pitt was kind of cool, especially the SlaveThing. _________________ Nuka Cola. Nuka Cola never changes. |

| God i am torn between the two. I loved both dlc for both games but, if i had to choose i would say FO3's dlc. Mainly because of broken steel and the pitt. |

| I didn't like FO3 DLC much. It felt like they just took away from and contradicted the lore instead of contributing to it. To be fair though, all the NV DLC save Lonesome Road were basically fetch quests followed by a bit of action. DM wasn't as blatant about it as the other two, having an entire casino and plenty of content after the fetch quests, so I'll give it credit for that. But to be perfectly honest, as easy as it is to sit here and criticise Obsidian's "uncreative" DLC stories, they ALL had far more an effect on me than any FO3 DLC, and that's all that really matters in the end, so for me it's a hands-down vote for NV. _________________ Who are you, that do not know your history?
