Hi everyone i hope you can help me out ^^

I want to buy Fallout 3 and Fallout NV again ...
This time i using the german version of both games with uncut patches...
But now i want to play both games with TTW.. and for this i need the pure english uncut versions..

Now my question is:

Can i buy both games keys and activate the uk editions with my steam account with an VPN? or could i have only one version of Fallout 3/ NV
(in my case the german versions)
