I put on the Boba Fett mod but my hands are having some issues with colors, does it have something to do with not having a certain body mod? Would having an enb help?  Is anything required for these kinds of armor mods?

If you can provide a screenshot we can help further, but it seems like an Archive Invalidation issue if You’re using fallout mod manager reactive it and check again.

That looks like a texture problem. If there were any requirements, Rex would've put them in the original post.

Not sure what, or if, you are using an organizer, but those would show if anything was conflicting. Otherwise, have you tried reinstalling the mod?

Also, after skimming over the release thread, it seems someone else had a similar problem. Are you still using the default pipboy? Checking since it looks like you are, so you may need to get one of the hand held replacements. Personally recommend, Pipboy 2501 (not 2500). It may be newer, but it doesn't seem to have some of the old Readius glitches.
