There is many but i would say metal on metal, i just love it, the action feels it has, it is simply epic to me.
Edit: there would also be this one, there are some more but I forgot their name, there's the one that plays when you are in Megaton, and the one when you are in the wastelands (there is more than one but there is one in particular that got my attention).

@Grimmex Getting the car fixed up so you could drive it is one of my all-time favourite Fallout memories. Before that, walking from place to place was a drag, but then, with this car, everything just moves so much faster, and you now have this kick-ass music to drive to.

You will love them, you could always start with something easier... Wasteland 2 perhaps? Silent Storm would do. Do not know if it counts, but there would also be Shadowrun.
Perhaps by starting with something more modern, you'll get used to it faster, then you can try Fallout and Fallout 2 and see how you like them.

The most important thing to remember when playing the original Fallout's, is to immediately go to "Preferences", then select "Always Run" and increase the "Combat speed". Took me a while to figure that out, but it really speeds the game up

I only just figured out that they integrated the song "Begin Again" into the ambient music in Dead Money. This eerie shit is amazing.
I also didn't realise that there was an ambient version of the song. This sends shivers down my spine.
