You'll definitely find some new stuff here, although FNV Nexus is actually doing pretty well atm. We got Fo4 Quickloot mod and the fantastic Lazarus Project whose features are very cool, and all optional too.
Dracomies is planning to make a major update with his New Vegas Redesigned 3, and RoyBatty is almost done with his all inclusive New Vegas Uncut mod which is going to have all the best uncut material mods put together with major improvements. It won't be for the weak computers though.
